Classic Sandwich

Classic Sandwich Ingredients :- Whole Bread Slices Turkey Ham, sliced Mozzarella slices Tomato slices Washed salad leaves Mayonnaise to taste Salt and pepper Preparation :- Toast the bread to taste and spread mayonnaise on it. Add lettuce, tomato, ham, cheese and serve. You can salt and pepper the lettuce and tomatoes, add the mayonnaise to taste and cut the sandwich before serving.

Zucchini Salad

Zucchini Salad Ingredients :- 2 zucchini, sliced 2 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts Cheese Cup Goat Cheese 1 spoon vinegar vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation :- On a hot grill, cook the zucchini and fry well. Place in a bowl and add peanuts, cottage cheese and mix well. Beat vinegar, oil, salt and pepper thoroughly to taste and bathe the salad. Mix well and serve to taste.

Tortillas of nople

Tortillas of nople Ingredients 2 Corn Tortillas . Can of corrugated bean 2 nodal in strips 1 teaspoon olive oil Cheese to taste Preparation :- In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the napples. Season with salt and pepper, cover lightly, and cook for 5 minutes. Cook and stir the mixture until the nopals are dry. Serve the tortillas on a plate, place the beans, nopales and cover with cheese until melted.

Apple and Oat Atoll

Apple and Oat Atoll Ingredients : - 1 apple cubes 1 cup almond milk 6 chopped almonds M cup porridge Honey to taste Preparation In a blender, process all the ingredients until a homogeneous and smooth mixture is obtained. Serve hot if desired and serve to taste.
